Denmark won the 2019 World Men’s Handball Champions final 31-22 against Norway.
The hosts played their fourth World Championship final and finally won the title for the first time in their history.
Hansen was once again the best Danish player with 7 goals and together with the brilliant goalkeeper Landin brought Denmark to the World Champions crown.
Norway played their second back-to-back final in the World Championships, but ended up on the losing side again. Magnus Joendal was the best scorer in the game with 10 goals, unfortunately for him, not enough to win the title for his team.
France won the bronze earlier today winning against other hosts Germany 26-25 in a dramatic finish.
